Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principal Leadership Academy

Join Today!

The Next In Line to Lead Aspiring Principal Leadership Academy is an 11-month program (September -July ). Program Orientation will occur in August. Program Sessions begins the first Tuesday in September.  A program completion celebration and book launch will occur towards the end of  July in the Washington, DC area.  The specific details will be shared during Orientation.


All sessions will occur on the 1st Tuesday of each month from 7:00 -8:00 pm ET.  All sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants.


The program fee of $2500 (can be paid as a one-time fee or 6 or 10 monthly payments) includes an assigned Leadership Coach, all course materials, access to all online course materials and expert presenters, tools, resources, certificate of completion, and  author spot in Next In Line to Lead: The Voice of the Assistant Principal .


THERE IS A $500 SCHOLARSHIP (discount) awarded to the first 5 ( five) participants who complete the application to participate.

Mission statement – Our mission is to equip aspiring principals with the  knowledge, skills, and disposition of an effective school leader


Executive Director– Dr. Sharon H. Porter is an educator, best-selling author, Gallup Certified-Strengths coach, publisher, and media correspondent.  She has served in K-12 public education for over 30 years, with 18 years of school administrator and central office experience in North Carolina and Maryland.

Join assistant principals from across the country as they embark on a year-long virtual professional learning experience.


Expert presenters in the educational field will provide monthly engaging  and interactive courses.


Each participant will be assigned a Leadership Coach.  All presentations will be recorded and shared in the private Facebook group.


The program completion celebration and Next In Line to Lead Book Launch will be held in the Washington, DC area late July.
