Ms. Sandra Bobo is currently an Assistant Principal at Surrattsville High School, located in Clinton, Maryland. She graduated from Montgomery Blair High School (MCPS),  received her Bachelors of Arts degree in English with a minor in Mass Communications  from Virginia State University, and earned her Master of Science degree from Trinity College in Educational Administration. 


Darren A. Clay


 Darren has been serving students from diverse backgrounds since August of 2011. Darren has enjoyed serving in multiple educational leadership roles at the K-12 and collegiate levels. In his current role, he has been highly involved with technology integration efforts as a Technology Assistant Principal at a Microsoft Showcase School. Darren has led personalized learning efforts and launched 1:1 device initiatives. In addition, Darren facilitates the technology integration processes between teacher and student within Office 365 environments.


Ursula A. Golladay


Ursula A. Golladay, is a founding school Assistant Principal at Edward M. Felegy Elementary School.  With fifteen years as an elementary school music teacher and 3 years as an assistant principal, Ursula Golladay brings a wealth of knowledge about educating the whole child through music and arts integration. Ursula Golladay has earned her Bachelor of Science in Choral/Vocal & General Music from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Masters in Educational Leadership from Hood College with endorsements for Administration I & II.


LeCinda Jennings



Courageous, passionate, and self-aware are words that LeCinda Jennings’ supervisor uses to describe her. In addition to her vibrant personality, her leadership in teaching and learning, along with a sharpened sense of responsibility all make her an excellent candidate for Principalship.


Natasha McDonald



My outgoing personality, relational capacity, organization skills, instructional background and relevant administration experience in education makes me a strong candidate for a Campus Principal. I have been a Texas Public Educator for the past 13 years under the leadership of several phenomenal individuals. I have had the opportunity to work as a Classroom Teacher, a Literacy Strategist an Assistant Principal, and an Academic Dean of Instruction. A former Principal spent time mentoring me and ultimately inspired me to become an administrator. I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to serve in multiple roles and obtain a wealth of knowledge to share with others.


Damon M. Qualls


  Currently serving as an assistant principal at Berea Middle School in Greenville, South Carolina, Damon Qualls cultivates his gift of leadership and service through continuing education, invaluable experiences, and professional collaboration. His passion for education began when he was just a youngster ‘playing school’. The Call Me MISTER Program served as a catalyst for his career, allowing him to travel the nation for speaking engagements with community organizations, school districts, and political leaders, sharing the need of a more diverse teacher work force, specifically in South Carolina elementary schools.

Dr. Najla Solomon



Dr. Najla Solomon is a first-generation college graduate.  While attending college, she received the confirmation from a professor who strongly encouraged her to major in English Literature and minor in Secondary Education. By 2000, Najla obtained her bachelor’s degree from St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, NJ, directly after she returned to St. Peter’s to work toward obtaining a Master of Art in Supervision and Urban Leadership (graduated 2002).  She recently earned her Doctorate in Education for School Leadership from Kean University in 2015.  


Jessie Williams



Jessie Williams is native of Mount Pleasant, SC and youngest of three children. He is married to the former Wyona Thompson. They have one son Elijah.

In 1993, he graduated from USC-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He completed a Master of Arts in Teaching-Elementary Education degree in 1996 and in 2006 a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration all from USC-Columbia.


Dr. La Shawn D. Witt


  Born January 3, 1977 in Los Angeles, CA, La Shawn Denise Witt currently resides in Inglewood and works as an Assistant Principal in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District. She previously spent the last 15 years as a middle school science teacher, assistant principal and teacher on special assignment in Inglewood Unified School District.

Dr. Sharon H. Porter, creator of Next In Line to Lead;  is a Leadership Development Coach in a large urban school district in the Washington, DC metropolitan area where her responsibilities include coaching first and second year principals and assistant principals.  She is a former principal, assistant principal,Instructional Specialist, and classroom teacher .  She coordinates an induction program for first and second-year assistant principals. She has a passion for principal preparation and the development of assistant principals.  

Sharon is the CEO and Owner of Perfect Time SHP, Coaching and Consulting Firm and is the  Founder of the G.R.I.N.D. Entrepreneur Network; a networking forum for entrepreneurs.
